It really started in October, but it was the time change that made it obvious. Right now, the sun comes up at 0839 and it's down by 1526, which leaves us with 6 hours and 49 minutes of light.
We are currently losing 2-3 minutes per day and counting down to Christmas Day when we will start to gain daylight. It's very disorienting because the sun comes up and goes down in the South - making a little arch that you cannot help but notice and think, hmm that's
But it is not all bad because for whatever reason it seems to make all light a bit more special. The air is crisp and incredibly clean - it might be my imagination, but I see colors on the edges of the light that I have never noticed before.
I sort of felt a collective groan, but I think I can prove it. We had a full moon this week.
